Okay Schlonglovers, I'm going to be taking a break for the next two weeks BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUT, I will still be doing feedback if requested. So, feel free to send me that shit. Newest Terra Walker RP pls <3 P.S: Anyone that gets the reference wins at life. Terra RyzingSOLID CD from this. I think we are getting a very interesting character dynamic from this family, a lot more than I was expecting when you were first talking about this gimmick some time ago, which is awesome for me. "Except he can, Terra!" -I wanna talk about this, because this is important, and it was a great way to more or less begin a rather concise and efficient RP. With expectations, you tend to think that the paternal figure in a family would immediately take charge and try to regain his hand over the family, but in a surprising (and very self-aware move from the character) twist, he doesn't. In fact, he mournfully admits that the situation is more or less out of his hands for very frightening reasons, his son is just too good to be stopped, faced with a sense of his own potential (a sort of sky's-the-limit type framing) Allen is on something of a warpath. His father knows this and takes it as a sort of absolute in the new structuring of the family, which is far more compelling than the typical fallout one would expect from those types of situations. This is also followed up by another surprising show of character development, this time from Allen's perspective where his view of the father, and thus the fueling of his motivations, is that of a negative one. Allen resents his father's motivation. This, with the idea of his budding potential, really paints a picture that highlights exactly why he is the way he is. Also, the butting of heads with Terra adds another facet to the family dynamic, feeling as if she is caught in the whirlwind of it all, putting her allegiance in doubt to a degree. For a short RP, this showed impressive use of characters and their perspectives (as well as reactions) to fill out something of a family portrait. I would love to see you continue to push this dynamic, find out how it develops and why it develops that way while using the momentum from this RP to do so. I think you have really found a true voice here, keep it up.

The last thing I wanted was to make the Walker Family the stereotypical rich family gimmick, so I thought the twist would make for an interesting dynamic. I also was attempting to make Terra a stronger character in the grand scheme of things, so I'm glad you saw that as well. I'm gonna go a lot more into this in my next two RPs, so stay tuned!

Actually, for the foreseeable future, I'm going to be closing this request thread for personal and time-based reasons. Sorry, folks.
