So, Michael aka Gravedigger came up with an idea for a board whereby you can post stories that are linked to the world of UCI, but don't really have anything directed connected to the fed. These stories exist to help flesh out "1he wav3verse" or universe of the federation. You don't need to contribute if you don't wish to, it's just there in case you feel you want to explain perhaps an incident that might tie into your character at a later date. Or maybe it never will, and you just want to tell the story of how London fell during 1he wav3, or how a future descendant ended up saving the universe three thousand years from now. your call.
