So, I've tried to get this going a few times, but I figure it'd be best to try here!
Some buddies of mine and I are interested in running Call of Cthulhu 1920's over Skype. We'd play once a week at a set time. I figured I'd shoot a line out to anyone here who'd be interested in joining! Newbies are totally fine; CoC is a great game for getting into table top gaming as the system is relatively simple and the nature of the game means there are very few stats to multimanage and no "upgrading".
For those curious, Call of Cthulhu is a mystery horror survival game set in the 1920's in which players will attempt to thwart the schemes of evil cultists and dark gods. It is not a game for people who want to be "badass" as the mortality rate is incredibly high, and one must struggle against going insane as well as staying alive. Characters also never progress or "level up". However, if you're a fan of Lovecraft's work or like a good mystery to solve, it's an absolute blast!
