Bio:
After joining the fed under his fruition, with no previous experience, Occulo had no fighting tutor and relied largely on standard coaching. After twenty years, Occulo met his Father, John Mullins (CIA Agent) who he formed a relationship with. Mullins was a fierce drunk and violent sociopath, all of which happened behind Occulo's back. Mullins taught Occulo how to fight and with him he won his first title, the WCF United States Championship. After losing the title, Occulo and Mullin's relationship soured. Occulo learned that Mullins attempted to rape his girlfriend, Bonnie and he plotted revenge.
Whilst all this happened, Occulo developed a strange relationship with what was called "The Cold". A strange entity that allowed Occulo to transport to alternate worlds that communicated advice and experiences to him. The Cold and everything in it turned out to be a government alternate reality computer project called "Winter", where these alternate worlds were being tested for their rigidity as in the event of a global catastrophe, it is where the most important people in the world would escape to. As part of the government's project, they planned to "begin the world again" and rule the new world, using the alternate reality as a refuge until the real world was habitable again. Whilst Occulo was shown to easily surive the worlds, they needed to send in one of their own, Occulo's father, John Mullins, who was fitted with a tracker which transmitted all his vital signs.
Bonnie was abducted by a government agent who revealed everything to Bonnie, who told him Occulo planned to take his Father to an alternate world and kill him there, ensuring he would be forever trapped, and also kill The Cold, ending this old life so he can begin anew. He told Bonnie this was too risky, because if he transported him and failed to kill him, the government's plan would work, and the world would be in danger.
Torn, Bonnie agreed that Occulo's plan was a threat to mankind and she decided to stop him. As it grated on her, she finally cracked and revealed everything to Occulo, who ignored her advice, stating he was absolutely confident that his plan would work. Occulo and his Father headed to "The Hill" (where Occulo transported to the alternate worlds) and pulled out a gun at him. He explained just how much he utterly detested him and that his time had come. At this moment, the other worlds portal opened and The Cold appeared and tried to kill Occulo, but he was killed by Frigus, a man Occulo had met who could create these worlds. Frigus vanished, and Occulo and his Father fought. Occulo managed to push his Father through the portal just as the government agent arrived, who in desperation fired a single bullet at Occulo. The bullet killed John Mullins and Occulo awoke in the real world.
Realising the plan had failed, the government shut down the project and Mullins, who existed purely as digital computer code as part of the program, was deleted. Forever.
Occulo's life began anew, and is now training in Japan, an ancient martial art named "Single Cloud". Not much is known about this art, and how it seemingly has a much bigger meaning than Occulo could ever imagine.

Occulo wears sky blue, slightly baggy pants with black boots. Around his waist is a white sash. On top he wears a sky blue, loose V-neck t-shirt. The "Single Cloud" symbol on his left breast and upper right thigh. He takes his t-shirt off in the ring.

Destruction by Bruce Faulconer hits the speakers as the lights go out. We see the Single Cloud symbol on the titantron (red with a black background) as a faint white spotlight glows at the centre of the stage. In the spotlight is Occulo who is bowing with his hands together. He looks to the sky and the lights flash on all at once. He then makes his way to the ring high-fiving fans and slides in to the ring ready for combat.

Oesophagus Bureau - Occulo throws a sharp, piercing elbow to the throat of his opponent. He then bounces off the ropes, somersaults and brings the back of his opponents head down to the mat with him. He then bounces off the ropes, jumps in the air and slams his knee down on the back of his opponent's neck.
The Epitome (of pain) - When the opponent is down on his back, Occulo wraps his legs around their neck extremely tight and pulls his chin up, cutting off circulation of air and blood.
