Ok so we have TV shows, music threads. How about one for your books you have read in the past, are currently reading or want to read?
First, before I post my list, I want to point all you bookworms who have never heard of it to check out Goodreads. If you are a bookworm and have never heard of it, you are totally missing out! It's basically a social networking site for bookworms is the best way to describe it. You can display your collection of books you've read, are reading currently, or want to read. You can do reviews on books and you can also join groups. Joining groups has been the best thing for me on this site as it caused my Want To Read List to go from like 3-5 books all the way up to 31 before I stopped looking for new books to add.
My type of books used to be primarily historical fiction or wrestling autobiographies. I have recently expanded that list to include sci-fi books, primarily post-apocalyptic.
My Goodreads profile is at www.goodreads.com/user/show/20919353-michael-wall in case anyone wants to add me.
Since I don't want to type them out, here's a link to my list of books I've read (that I remembered) and I'll point out a few of them:

Controversy Creates Cash by Eric Bischoff
So this is my favorite wrestling book by far. Even my brother, who hasn't liked/watched wrestling since the 90s, loved it and still talks about it to this day. It's been a few years since I read it so I can't really remember a lot of details to go into it.
Booker T: My Rise To Wrestling Royalty
This book is a close second for me if I were to rank the wrestling books I've read. It is a really great, easy read. Reading Booker T's perspective on many of the biggest wrestling events was so awesome. He even briefly talks about TNA. I felt that he could have probably talked about it a bit more as he was there for 2-3 years. I'm guessing Vince and/or WWE didn't want him talking about it too much though. Also, I wanted to mention that JBL does the foreword and HOLY SHIT I was blown away by the little bit he wrote. If that was any indication of his writing ability, I can't wait for his wrestling autobiography to come out and I hope it does soon. I know he wrote a financial book a while back, but doubt that has too much wrestling stories in it.
unSweetined
This is the Jodie Sweetin (Stephanie from Full House/Fuller House) autobiography. I read it about a year ago I think and it was a really, really great read. My mom read it and loved it, too. "Stephanie" doesn't dish too much on her fellow Full House stars. She definitely had a rough life growing up in Hollywood basically and was heavy into drugs in the years since. Definitely worth the read.
The Last Great Game: Duke vs. Kentucky and the 2.1 Seconds That Changed Basketball
This book is listed here for Jay Price as he's a fellow Duke basketball fan. This one is a really great read and I think anyone who loves college basketball would enjoy it. Unless you're a UNC fan and if you are you can suck it.
A Street Cat Named Bob: How One Man and His Cat Found Hope on the Streets
For the cat lovers reading this, I recommend this book. There's a sequel out but I'm not sure if I'll get it. The author and ghostwriter (I think that's what he had for this) tended to repeat things a lot and it appeared as if it was in an attempt to pad the book some. I read some excerpts from his sequel book and I saw a lot of borrowed stories there, too. So if you read this don't be surprised if he re-tells stories in the course of the book.
CURRENTLY READING LIST
Patient Zero
This one is a great zombie book. I don't even remember how I found it. I think I was searching for best sellers in the post-apocalyptic genre on Amazon one day and came across it maybe. I will finish this book up by this weekend. Here's the description of the book for those interested:
"When you have to kill the same terrorist twice in one week there's either something wrong with your world or something wrong with your skills... and there's nothing wrong with Joe Ledger's skills. And that's both a good, and a bad thing. It's good because he's a Baltimore detective that has just been secretly recruited by the government to lead a new taskforce created to deal with the problems that Homeland Security can't handle. This rapid response group is called the Department of Military Sciences or the DMS for short. It's bad because his first mission is to help stop a group of terrorists from releasing a dreadful bio-weapon that can turn ordinary people into zombies. The fate of the world hangs in the balance..."

First, here's the full list: www.goodreads.com/review/list/20919353-michael-wall?shelf=to-read
Quite a few of these are post-apocalyptic books that I found after joining a couple of groups on Goodreads.
So what's on your bookshelf?
