What's been your biggest challenge as a fed head compared to just being a spoke in the wheel? What's been your favorite style of character so far? 1. I think it always feels like a challenge to make sure you pull in new talent consistently to mix it up with the existing roster. Other than that, I feel I've been fairly lucky in terms of major challenges and things to overcome. 2. My favorite style of characters are ones with easy to get/recognize gimmicks and quirks. I hammer this home all the time (as anyone in FB chat is well aware of.) There's no right or wrong way to RP or compete (other than the need for match relevance being included), but I think it always helps when character is presented in a way that's easily digested. Examples of this are Z, yourself, Shadow, Mustache duders, Alex Richards to name a few off the top of my head (of course there are others). |

Why are the Super Stache brothers the greatest tag team to ever grace the halls of UTI So, while I've loved others and think a few teams have legitimacy in that argument, I'd def put you two in the conversation of being such. The cohesiveness is definitely impressive, especially when committing to joke characters and making them a serious threat for everyone on the roster. |

For real- how hard is it reading all rps and judging them? It just depends. Some weeks are lighter, others I'll have to read multiple that are very lengthy when it comes to word count. Sometimes I'll be done judging by 8 or 9 on deadline day, others I'm reading well into Monday night. It's not hard judging really as I know "y I lose, u dum idiot?!" is going to be a thought that crosses people's minds from time to time. You just kinda have to accept that you're going to piss some people off at some point with judging calls and stick to your guns. |

What's your thoughts on putting together a mod squad of top talent into a UCI official stable? I'm thinking of a 4 pillars type team... Ie Bishop, Shadow, Bonnie, and some new blood.
Just an idea. Do you have thoughts of such? Something could lead into October's WCF XIII show?

If it were to go cross promotional, that'd be fine too as long as it's done tastefully I think. The thing with the super stable is that it needs to function as an inclusive story and feud mechanic rather than an allegiance of people who are just together cause they're top talent and will crush all. That's actually sort of essential in my opinion. |
