Since I won't be able to be on the podcast, I will answer the questions on the podcast thread here, so I could at least contribute in that capacity. You do not have to post your questions in this thread as well as that one, unless there's a question that's directed to just me in particular.
Why is the most replied to thread the one about alcohol, you lushes?
- I have no answer for this, especially since I am not a drinker.
What do you think UCI does right, like better than other places (if you have experiences with other places)?
- As far as experiences go, I will only speak on them in regards to the Casey Holliday character. Casey's first/previous fed, that I have mentioned a few times in her roleplays (often not in a positive manner) is totally different from UCI, and I don't necessarily mean that in a good way. THERE, I felt like there was an unrealistic writing standard that was impossible to meet. This is not to say that the owner is a bad guy, he's actually not. I just felt like (and still do) that he's expecting way too much out of the writers he has, that he's too picky with what he looks for in terms of judging, among other things. Here? No pressure. Casey was thrown into the fire THERE and I got overwhelmed by it all. HERE, she came along more slowly, but it ended up being better for Casey in the long run. Overall, what UCI does right in comparison to Casey's previous fed? NO pressure and I honestly feel like here, she's grown far more organically, those are the two main things.
What do you think UCI can improve upon?
- More pre-planned segments and angles. Personally, it's easier for me if a creative team planned angles/feuds in advance rather than having to construct it all yourself because it's no guarantee someone you want to work with, has the same sentiment about you.
What is your favorite type of match to write?
- None. I don't like match writing, though I'll do it on occasion. I prefer to write matches only in an emergency scenario.
Who is your dream opponent?
- Don't necessarily have one.
What are the chances that this podcast never happens?
- It will happen. Far too much dedication and drive around here for it not to.
What will you do when/if you won THE golden ticket?
- Other than the obvious (aim for a world title shot), I haven't come up with a plan for it lol.
Who do you see putting up a challenge to Kevin Bishop for the UCI world title? This doesn't have to be a one character answer, if you see multiple people giving him a challenge, name them.
- I'm excluding the obvious answers and those that have already had their shots. Fausse and Malice are two of the more underrated characters in UCI and I can see them being a challenge at some point.
Which of your opponents in this match do you worry about the most?
- Obviously Bonnie.
Name one other UCI wrestler you think should have been in this match.
- Cordelia Malice
If they were to win, predict which title each of the other participants will go after and do you think they'll win?
- It's hard to predict if they'll win, but I think it's obvious that whoever wins, will go for the world title because why pass that up, you know what I mean? I can't predict if they'd win, because the person that's the world champion at the time is a variable. It's very possible that someone that doesn't win the GT match, wins the world title at some point with the GT winner challenging them.
I will answer any new questions from the podcast thread here. If there are any for me specifically, post on this thread.
