Sorry about my effort in the world title match this weekend. I ended up getting caught up with relatives. But that's my own fault for not writing earlier in the week instead.

alright fine.. you want it..
step 1- eat chili, lots of chili,like a pot of chili..
step 2- get a bottle of whiskey
step 3- mix the whiskey with exlax
step 4- drink until you feel like passing out
step 5- go to bed
step 6- shit the bed
step 7- profit
