We Guardians spent a fair bit of time wondering what sort of stuff we'd get into, knowing that some big storylines would go down... and hoping that the missing piece, an epic villain, would fall into our laps.
As if blessed by our inception in UCI, the efed gods came through.
For those of you who don't know Nathan von Liebert, he's pretty much the scariest motherfucker I have ever come across in my fedlife. He terrorized the Unstable Elements for most of 2012, traumatizing Nightmare and giving Polar a number of huge moral quandaries about whether or not he could finish NvL off even if he wanted to (and at the time, man, did he want to). He's also had great feuds with a lot of the WCF guys, so they know: NvL will whoop your ass. He's as legit as they come.
So on behalf of the Guardians I say: holy shit, is it good to have the scariest bad guy ever to work against. That promo was gorgeous, man. We're gonna make some beautiful music in the future. Please don't murder Polar's wife. Love you, man.
