I will keep the usual suspects that I like reading off the list, I'm a Bonnie, Relentless Holmes, Alex, Teo mark, so:

2. Abigail Lindsay (Serenity)
3. Stevie Corah (even though I miss the FU Occulo)
Honorable mention to Jack Schlongson, Kuno, Mogui, Ryan Jones, haven't seen Bishop to much to judge but he's on the rise. |

Screw Abigail Lindsay! No seriously I love Abi, she has been a character involved with my storylines for years, I felt I shouldn't pick someone I have been roleplaying with for years and know how big of a beast Randy is with her so I stuck with UCI mainstays.

Tailored my list to peeps that have been in UCI a lot longer than Omar and myself. I have known Celeste since she was a secondary character in various rps Omar has written with other characters. Featured her in a few of mine. I've always been a fan so it would be cheating almost to put her in the top three.
