Hey everyone, Bringing in a new guy with a new style, flavor and voice than what I've been doing and from what a lot of people are used to seeing from me. I'm feeling pretty good about Thor as a character from my 1st RP and I am interested in seeing what someone thinks about the character and takes away from the first promo. And yes, I can admit that it is strange to be on this side of the feed back forum. - The AllFather uciwrestling.freeforums.net/thread/999/morose-musing-reflections-mentor?page=1&scrollTo=7333

I liked it. I was glad to see it was a serious roleplay. It feels like you've been using the character a lot longer then you have. I'm interested to see where you go from there.

What can be said other than "God Damn."
We get a refreshed, focused Allfather putting out probably one of the best promos I've ever read from you. Debut promos are tricky, as you've said countless times, but I feel like your wealth of experience in the game allowed you to knock this one out of the park. We get a feel for the Good Thor and his intentions, but we also get to see a callous side of him that allows him to push through the wrestling business.
I like how you tied in the death of the communist swine Bobby Cairo (come back Bobby puh-leeeeeeze!!!) to that specific moment in time where he saved the mother and daughter that he had met at the airport from suffering such horrible fate. This all tied into your character development very well and I couldn't have been more pleased with it.
Description was great, no complaints at all.
Just keep fleshing out Thor and racking up those wins bro. You've got UCI by the short hairs and it's up to you how far you go here! Great job All-Papa!

Loved it, it had a great sense of voice which really brought out the character's dynamic emotional structure as a Giant, while keeping him very sympathetic and human. Shit is gonna force me to work extra hard haha.

I thought it was a really interesting change of pace for you with what felt re-energized and totally different. I loved the mix of intimidation, friendly giant vibes, and tidbits of humor laced throughout this thing. It was massive babyface done right.
