"So Here is how its going to look Two world titles, IC, US, women's title, and Cruiserweight. All split. Women will prob stay on raw. CW on Smackdown."
"They're adding 2 more live events a week. House shows = money. This is very good for refs, staff, and wrestlers. More pay days. Higher risk of injuries though, too."
"This is a real brand split. This will not be like 2003. This is very much bigger. Hard to explain now but it will make sense soon. This is going to be huge for guys on the indies. A lot of roster room to fill."
"John Cena and Roman Reigns will not be on the same brand. I can confirm that there are people in the back that think Roman should be on Smackdown because he's failing to get over."
"Last week, WWE held talent meetings at PC for NXT boys telling them they fear talent will die down if they don't capitalize on their in ring success soon. There is fear that NXT brand is dying off. Expect call ups soon. Some will surprise, some will be predictable."
"Some talent are for this, because most will be working Sunday nights and then Tuesday nights. Added rest will keep injuries down."
"Talk of special 'one-off" Network ppvs of being roster specific. Don't expect a lot of them. There is talk however. Network ppvs still have sponsors. WWE still wants your eyeballs. Sources told me that Vince wants fans to at least watch NXT, PPVs and either Raw or Smackdown. Thinks its a success if you can watch 3 of the 4."
This is posted in a workers/wrestlers FB group I was in late last night/this morning and this guy works on his own podcast and works with Meltz and etc. Has his own sources inside WWE so I'm just passing the cool info along like a snitch.
He did imply more and more indie guys are about to be signed. Before Summerslam, WWE expects all of it's agents, talent agents and CEO's to be traveling abroad and either looking at possible signees or offering contracts on the spot. This would make sense as to why indie shows are already getting emails about "WWE STAFF" and shit. I guess it's more than just the typical Performance Center contract, they're looking to fill roster spots on Smackdown and NXT too.
