UCI tweaks and ideas (Let's discuss)

I liked the creative team idea that used to get done, maybe revisit that with a more diverse panel?

I'd be fearful of changing too much too soon as well though.

We need more tag teams, I think Randy and I can help with that in 2017.

The Banner definitely needs an upgrade.

I like the Belt graphics idea.

I'm neither a fan or opposed to guest GM's, I don't know too many of the guys here before I came so I'm impartial to that idea, business as usual.

Definitely need OOC awards for match writers, I think that can also be incentive for others to write and get more help.

I will say this, I think there needs to be more segments on shows, not only by the handlers of the characters but the bosses as well, generate some surprise not just from matches, I also like aftermaths, post something about what happened after the show, maybe even have some news or notes. More hype for big matches especially on Twitter and on the board, generate and promote more buzz. I would like to see that in 2017. Black Mass was awesome but compared to Civil War and Killing Floor it generated little build toward the last event of the year. My two cents.

Now my job situation is much more stable I can start picking up a few more things around here like.

I was thinking about updating a couple of the belts for 2017.

I think some are fine but others have room for improvement. I was going to make a separate thread for it as needed lol.

Here you go Teddy, you can tear these apart if you wish. I built them a long time ago and none of them got used for the fed. And that first one is actually built out of three belts and I spent many hours at the comp doing it. But I don't own that program on this computer, so I haven't done any graphics work in forever. So if you want to use them for anything, be my guest.

As for the things happening, I am all for it. I have an idea. A separate locker room board, with each person having a sub board. So that characters can interact who would normally not interact due to people having real lives lol. Might also be a good way to build storylines or create new ones based off of a bad conversation, yada yada. Just feel it adds a lot of potential without a lot of change.

I still think the guest host should be monthly so as not to run the well dry or potentially turn the whole show too gimmicky. Cause lets face it, a guest GM should have a bit of a gimmicky show. Food for thought.

Match writing awards would be awesome. Fits in to the whole feedback on the show.

What you have here isn't really a lot of change. Its additions that is just going to add to what is already present without over burdening the current load. It isn't like your doubling the amount of matches on shows or anything like that.

IDK if it is on the boards somewhere, but maybe a schedule. Like this show is happening this night at this town yada yada. A set schedule of ppvs as well, so that potential storylines can be set up around said schedule. Its just another useful tool. And if it is here, could someone direct me to it! lol

Segments on shows. I never know when I should do one and when I do, I feel like I suck a bit at them lol I do need to throw one out ever now and then though. Something I need to work on. Here is a thought, have all new comers from now on have to do an introduction segment. Something simple, short, something that would be aired right before their first match. Maybe even some cheesy made up commercials for products of the stars of UCI. For Example....
